PRAGUE — The Prague City Court ruled on Thursday to invalidate an order for Volkswagen Group to pay Czech customers more than 500 million crowns ($21.3 million) in damages related to the automaker’s diesel-emissions cheating scandal, news website www.idnes.cz reported.
