PSA CEO Carlos Tavares discussed why he is pursuing a merger with Fiat Chrysler Cars and regardless of whether Normal Motors racketeering lawsuit will derail merger talks

Tavares also shared his views on previous FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne’s phone for sector consolidation and on FCA manufacturers.

Tavares spoke with Jason Stein, publisher of Automotive Information, a sister publication of Automotive Information Europe. Tavares was interviews even though he was in Detroit to acquire a 2019 Automotive News All Stars Market Chief of the Yr Award.
